The BILSTER BERG at the PS Days
The BILSTER BERG made its first trade fair appearance in a long time and was part of over 130 exhibitors at the Performance & Style Days, which took place in Hanover from 8-10 July. The PS Days are the tuning event in the North of Germany and offered a mix of exhibition, show and workshop programme. As the place to go for tuning, individualisation and performance enhancement of vehicles, the PS Days were a complete success with around 32,000 visitors. Some impressive highlights included: the PS Days Elite Circle with 200 European vehicles, featuring rarities and trendsetters. The Community Garage with 320 trendy private vehicles. The XS Carnight with 300 international tuning treasures. The Car Wrapping Area with foil performances. The show track with monster truck and motorbike shows and the “Hot Wheels Legends Tour 2022”.
A diverse programme for the visitors
For the BILSTER BERG team and many other exhibitors, the PS Days already started on Thursday. After arriving at the exhibition centre, the team started assembling the booth, which was up and running five hours later. The next morning at 10 a.m., the first visitors could already be welcomed.
Visitors could not only watch, but also get behind the wheel themselves, for example at the Hyundai and Ford e-test drives or on the outdoor go-kart track. Highlights of the day were the various shows, with motorbikes and monster trucks on the outdoor area and on the show track. At 6 p.m., the first day also came to a successful end for the BILSTER BERG team. And at the after-show party hosted by Philipp Kaess, the day came to a very pleasant end.
Exciting kart race by the exhibitors
On the second day of the fair, among other shows, the Hot Wheels Championships and an autograph session with Sophia Flörsch and Sidney Hoffmann took place. In the evening, international tuning treasures could be viewed under the motto “We are one” at the XS Carnight. But before that, the focus was on the kart race with Philipp Kaess and 30 exhibitor teams. After the rules were explained, the first teams started the first lap with a Le Mans start. After 10 minutes, the drivers changed until the third and thus last driver took over. But unfortunately it didn’t come to that for the BILSTER BERG team. The team, consisting of Rolf Neuhaus, Julian Stirnberg and Torsten Balk, had to admit defeat after the second driver change. The last driver was unable to compete due to a technical defect and the BILSTER BERG team unfortunately had to end the race prematurely. In the end, the H&R team prevailed over the competition and became the winner of the exciting kart race. On Sunday, the last day of the fair, motorbike and monster truck shows were again on the agenda, as well as a meet & greet with the winners of the Hot Wheels Legends Tour 22. After the fair ended at 5 p.m., the BILSTER BERG team packed up their booth with a positive feeling and many new impressions. The next trade fair can come.
