And on our “Susi & Strolch” evening for two very good reasons:

2. February 14 is Valentine’s Day

Our Mediterranean pasta evening is not just a special recommendation for newlyweds. We can also highly recommend this evening for all lovers of fine pasta prepared live in a Parmesan loaf.

Whether as a couple or with the whole family: enjoy the “Valentine’s evening” with us at BILSTER BERG.

We welcome you with a pomegranate cocktail (also non-alcoholic). And then we start the “Susi & Strolch” pasta evening.

We serve:

• Delicious pasta with truffle foam
• Fine pasta with fruity tomato sauce
• Fine mushroom risotto with parmesan and rocket
• Saltimbocca of free-range chicken
• Prawns with chili and garlic
• Grilled zucchinis with potato filling

Of course, there is also something special as a starter at the buffet:

• Vitello Tonnato
• Beet carpaccio with walnuts
• Homemade antipasti
• Rocket salad
• Fine pesto with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Italian bread

And for dessert:

• Tiramisu
• Panna cotta

No driving event is currently planned for this evening. But there will be really delicious food. The event will be held for a minimum of 20 people.

Drinks will be charged according to actual consumption.
