With fire, smoke and a lot of patience we prepare for you e.g. pulled pork, which is smoked for 19 hours, Teutoburg game specialties, beef from the direct Galloway breeding of the BILSTER BERG, regional fish specialties or creative vegetarian and vegan dishes.
