The charity organisation Kinderlachen e.V. was founded in 2000 and since then has been committed to the needs and concerns of sick children and children in need of help. Kinderlachen has developed into one of the largest aid organisations for children in German-speaking countries, which provides charitable support for individual fates and institutional players. This is made possible by the many volunteers and funding that comes exclusively from private donations and private sponsorship. The volunteers also include well-known people from the worlds of entertainment, sport, culture and business, as well as the Kinderlachen fundraising advisory board. Under the motto “support with what is most needed”, donations in kind are handed over to children, families and institutions. The children receive what they need most urgently. However, Kinderlachen does not only provide donations in kind, but also fulfils children’s dreams by organising unforgettable events and leisure activities. So far, countless events and projects for children between the ages of 0 – 17 have been realised.

An event took place at the end of July with a very special day on the BILSTER BERG. Roland Klein – a member of the Kinderlachen fundraising advisory board – made this day possible for several young people from the Nestwärme facility in Berlin. He took everyone for several laps on the track and made the participants enthusiastic. An unforgettable experience came to an end with lunch at TURN ONE and a final glance at the course.
